Failed to enter program mode..........things to try to unlock that locked atmega

I made this to show everyone how I program my atmega's with PAL. It has worked every time. One thing I do is erase both eeprom and alt chip in jeepers at least 5 times, and then another 3 times in PAL itself. I like to be as sure as possible that it is clean and no bytes or info are left from from previous programming. If this helps one person, I will be happy.
